The African Storyteller The Lion-Child and Cow-Child Introduction |
||
|
The final story in this series -- a series meant to introduce you to the patterned organization of images around motifs -- is the longest and most complex. But, as with the simpler tales --"Qwebeth" and "The Unborn Child" -- the story is built around a pattern. In this case, it is a single pattern. As in "Kenkebe," the pattern is composed of different images but with similar relationships. |
